1. Paperwork + Payments
This should cover forms, contracts, collection selection, and payment-plan status.
Before your session, make sure all required forms and paperwork are completed in your client portal.
If you are using a payment plan, everything should be set up and active as early as possible. Your full balance must be paid by the required deadline before your session.
Clients who pay their collection in full at least 30 days before their session may qualify for additional bonuses, depending on the current offer and collection selected.
